The collection of UCOs is made in Portugal (mainland and islands), mainly in restaurants and hotels, based in direct contacts with the collection point and through contracts celebrated with restaurant and hotel chains. These UCOs, which are filtered and decanted in our facilities, are typically channeled to the production of biofuels.
